Dr. Julio von Vacano is a physician since 1992. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Health, with a concentration in Mental Health, and also holds a postgraduate degree in psychiatry. He graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Andres in La Paz, Bolivia.

Dr. von Vacano currently has a private practice in La Paz, Bolivia and collaborates with the Centro de Terapias Ser Libre in the same city. He has worked in several places in Bolivia and the world. His collaborators are psychologists, alternative therapists and psychiatrists who also use regression and other spiritual psychotherapy techniques in their work.

He also conducts national and international seminars, experimental workshops and training programs for professionals, as well as dissemination of mental health issues through different media.
